Three focused services. Each one starts with a diagnostic conversation so we understand your situation before proposing anything.
One-on-one sessions, typically fortnightly, with a senior consultant. We work on decision-making patterns, stakeholder communication and how you handle conflict. Each engagement runs for 10 sessions, with a mid-point review to adjust goals.

A two-day facilitated workshop for teams of 6 to 20 people. Day one maps how work really flows between team members (not how the org chart says it should). Day two builds a concrete action plan with owners, deadlines and a follow-up schedule.
We run these on-site at your office or at a venue in Cardiff. Remote versions are available but tend to work better when the group already knows each other well.

Insightful Lead Consulting was founded in 2017 by two former HR directors who were tired of leadership programmes that produced binders full of theory and zero change. We are based in Braun-over-Reinger, Wales, and most of our clients are in south and mid Wales, though we regularly travel across the UK.
Our team of four consultants has a combined 55 years of experience in organisational development, executive coaching and change management. Two hold ICF Professional Certified Coach credentials; one is a chartered occupational psychologist.
